Ladies I'll be in touch for your details!

A HUGE thank you to TraceEllements, SheSells and ItsAllAboutVintage for providing the beautiful prizes in my first ever giveaway and CONGRATS! to the winners!

If You Like Free Jewelry Raise Your Hand!

I'm not a big fan of Valentine's Day.  Never have been – in fact my best Valentine's Day ever was the year my friend CB and I threw a huge Anti-Valentine's Day party.  We bought decorations, ripped the hearts in half, tore Cupid's head off and stuck them on the walls.  As everyone arrived they were given a cardboard heart to write the worst break up line they'd ever heard and stick them on the walls. The night ended with everyone piled into my bedroom doing shots and recounting their worst dating stories.  Was probably the best party I've ever thrown after my wedding.

But… I digress.

One thing I do love is jewelry. And I figure as ridiculous as a holiday as Valentine's Day is, anything that encourages the giving of jewelry doesn't deserve the full extent of my wrath.  So instead of celebrating V-day this year I decided to celebrate Jewelry (on a love theme) with a round-up of my favourite Etsy finds and (dun dun DUN) a Giveaway (or THREE!)!

So here is my selection of necklaces on a theme…

First up is the delightful sterling silver Love Bird by ModernBird. ($58)

Love Bird

I love vintage styling and if you do too make sure you check out the Come Fly With Me locket necklace by MiaBeads. ($25)

Come Fly with me

The simplistic design of Love Blossoms by ThalassaJewelry is absolutely lovely and would easily go from every day to evening. ($30)

Love Blossoms

And now I am really excited to get to the next three necklaces because I GET TO GIVE THEM AWAY!  Yup you heard me, the designers of the next three beautiful pieces have been kind enough to let me give them you so you get a little Valentine's Day love from all of us.

So without further ado let me introduce your future jewelry…

I think this Hearts, Pearls and Bows necklace by ItsAllAboutVintage might be some of the most romantic jewelry I have ever seen! ($29.50)

Hearts pearls bows

The chain is so sweet with its vintage brass cutout heart and pearl pattern and the necklace is finished with a glass red heart, a vintage guilloche drop, swirly patterned bow and handmade clasp.  Its so feminine and ladylike – a beautiful piece.

I Heart Alphabet Soup necklace by SheSells. ($12)

Alphabet soup

What's not to *heart* about this funky initial necklace?  Vintage West German initial charms date from the 1960's. They're made of a smooth black glass with a gold edge and an engraved block capital letter that is slightly bumpy so that the gold reflects the light even more.  The gold plated delicate cable chain necklace measures 16" long but Amy's such a trooper she can can change it if you want it longer or shorter. The necklace is secured with a lobster clasp and has a tiny brass scallop shell (their signature charm) at the clasp.  (Obviously you can choose your own initial* – this contest isn't just for people who's name starts with A!)

And this is the Be Mine Heart and Arrow necklace by TraceEllements. ($34)

Heart and arrow

A romantic message of love, the "Be Mine" hand-hammered antiqued disc along with a Cupid's arrow and tiny red glass heart says it all. I just love everything about this necklace – its definitely going to be one of those pieces you get loads of comments on!

Wanna win?  It couldn't be simpler – just go visit ItsAllAboutVintage, SheSells or TraceEllements at Etsy or her website and tell me what other pieces of their jewelry you like in the comments below (along with the piece you would like to win). You can enter every day (but only one entry per person per day).

Want more chances to win? Each twitter or blog post about the contest gives you another entry!  Contest closes at 11:59pm on Valentine's Day.  Good luck!!

*If for some reason your initial isn't available you will receive a credit to the store instead.
